Estate grown agaves are deep rooted and aged up to 10 years before they are oven roasted and crushed with volanic rock tahonas. This rare tequila is a blend of 50% tequila blanco and 50% tequila anejo, aged 22-24 months in American ex-bourbon barrels.
"A blend of two unique expressions - Blanco and Anejo - one aged (and) the other freshly cooked and inter woven to co-exist with flavours of citrus, wood, orange, earth, olives and buttery finish. Clean. Earthy. Smooth."
