Novellum Chardonnay, 750ml

An easy drinking Chardonnay from Languedoc-Roussillion, the juice is split with half spending 3 months in French oak barrels and the other half resting on Viognier lees for 3 months. The resulting wine has added depth and complexity, while still offering fresh aromas of green apple, lemon zest and minerality.
