Guardacaccia Viognier, 750ml

Winemaker, Darren Fabian, is from Calgary and has an incredible sense for pairing up with high quality vineyards to produce unique styles of wine. His Viognier is from Terra Alta, Spain, and aged while resting on Garnacha Blanca lees. The resulting wine is rich and textured with zesty acidity and a long finish kicking in on the back end. It has notes of dried apricots, caramel and floral, and is an all around beautiful wine!
