Francois Mikulski is an artisanl winemaker located in Meursault, Burgundy with very small production each year & wines that are hard to get ahold of!
The 2021 vintage produced wines that are lean & more classical Burgundy compared to some of the higher alcohol wines in the recent hot summers. The Pommard is his top Pinot Noir, with fruit sourced from the best vineyards. Grapes undergo some whole-cluster fermentation creating bolder stylers of Pinot.
