The cool mountain region of Venosta Valley in Alto Adige, Italy is responsible for some of the most vibrant, fresh and unique expressions of dry Riesling - and this is one of them!
The juice is fermented and matured in big Acacia barrels for 10 months on coarse lees, followed by 12 months of bottle aging. It has aromas of apricots, peach and citrus with structured acidity and minerality. Try it alongside sushi or red curry!
