Cocchi "Primosecolo" Brut, 750ml

Made from pure Chardonnay grapes, this wine is a high quality sparking Brut – soft, with a great character and a very intense aroma.
Undergoing two fermentations and an extended period of six months resting "sur lattes" with a slow foaming process in accordance with long Charmat method, this is a soft and serious sparkling that brings out a full and fragrant taste, with a long-lasting very fine perlage.
