Located just 30 miles east of Rome in Lazio, Abbia Nova is the passion project of two cousins, Daniele & Pierluca Proietti.
Passerina, an ancient grape & queen of the region, is medium-bodied with scents of honeysuckle, dried apricots & peach. The wine undergoes minimal intervention (unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites) & a great option to pair with Pasta Primavera or chicken dishes.
