Located just 30 miles east of Rome in Lazio, Abbia Nova is the passion project of two cousins, Daniele & Pierluca Proietti.
Cesanese, an ancient grape exclusive to the region, is juicy with scents of raspberries, currant & balsamic. The wine undergoes minimal intervention (unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites) & a great option to pair with lamb or rich pasta dishes.
